Why choose an Argentinian steakhouse

Argentinian grilling (asado) is about the fire, the cut, and the time — not sauces or shortcuts. At Los Troncos we grill over wood embers, season simply with salt, and serve the cuts our grandparents brought from Argentina: bife de chorizo (sirloin), ojo de bife (ribeye), entraña (skirt steak) and vacío (flank steak), alongside homemade empanadas and grilled provoleta cheese.
